When ordering by phone please have your MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express number ready. We ship via UPS. Orders delivered to post office box addresses will be shipped via U.S. Mail. Orders sent to Indiana addresses will be required to pay 6% sales tax. All orders will have shipping charges included. Sorry, No CODs - all orders must be pre-paid by cash, check or credit card.
